MEDITATION IN TIME OF PANDEMIC

I found the video interesting, personally I am not a person who meditates regularly but I do have friends who do and I think it helps them to better deal with anxiety, tension, stress or problems they may have. For a while I did yoga and the truth is that it ended up being another concern and not a help, the teacher of the class had a particular personality, he was not very nice so I did not feel comfortable and it made me very nervous when I couldn't do the positions he taught us.   Even though I didn't have a very good experience, I think meditation does work, my mom has always told me that the mind is very powerful (for better or for worse), if I'm positive when I'm faced with a problem, chances are everything will be fine. I think that in the society we live in there is a lot of competition between people, many obstacles to achieve your goals, and therefore, a lot of stress.
