Why I study social work?

I remember when I was child I wanted to be a stewardess, probably because my dad dreamed about it but it wasn't something I really liked.

When I grew up I applied to two different university programmes at the University of Chile; sociology and social work. To be honest, I  want to study sociology, however, I wasn't accepted, thus I enter social work. Currently, I believe that I was lucky because I really like my career! 

My experience at university has been good, despite the stress of the evaluations, I'm interested in what I study. Additionally, I have a group of friends who help me and I'm glad the days. 

I'm not sure about what king of job I would like to have, but I would like to imagine my future job as a social worker in projects about childhood or persons deprived of liberty.
